AI-supported reviews and explanations are on for a care record unless the owner turns them off in Account. Logging, medication, forecasts and appointment PDFs keep working either way.
When AI tools are on, a written review can send diary information to an external model provider for that request. The record is not used to train general AI models.
AI Can Be Wrong
AI-supported summaries and pattern explanations may miss context, misunderstand entries or produce incomplete conclusions. Treat them as draft talking points, not clinical decisions.
Forecast Limits
- Forecasts are based on information available in your record and may be incomplete.
- A low forecast does not mean a seizure cannot happen.
- A higher forecast does not mean a seizure will happen.
- Use forecasts as one support signal alongside your care plan and judgement.
Human Review
Before sharing a report or acting on a generated summary, read it carefully and correct anything that is inaccurate. Bring important questions to a qualified healthcare professional.
