🏔️ My FND Challenge: Pen y Fan Walk 🏔️
After living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) for two years, I’m taking on a challenge that is both personal and meaningful, walking Pen y Fan to raise awareness and funds for FND Connect.
The past two years have changed my life in ways I never expected. FND has brought many challenges, but it has also taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of finding strength even on the hardest days.
This walk is more than just reaching the summit. Every step will represent my journey with FND the setbacks, the progress, and the determination to keep moving forward. I want to show that although FND can be incredibly challenging, it doesn’t have to stop us from setting goals and achieving things we once thought were out of reach.
I’m proud to be raising money for FND Connect, an organisation that supports people affected by FND and helps raise much-needed awareness of this often misunderstood condition.
Any support, whether through a donation, sharing this post, or simply spreading awareness, would mean so much. Thank you for being part of my journey.
