Local FND support groups
Meet people who understand Functional Neurological Disorder. FND Connect groups are run by volunteers so nobody has to face FND alone — whether you are newly diagnosed, years into the journey, or supporting someone you love.
What are FND Connect support groups?
Local, free, peer-led spaces for people living with Functional Neurological Disorder — and the people who support them.
- A welcoming place to meet others who understand fluctuating symptoms, diagnosis journeys and day-to-day life with FND.
- Share practical tips, feel less alone, and connect with people in your area — at a pace that works for you.
- Run by FND CONNECT CIC volunteer coordinators. Groups are community support, not clinical treatment or a crisis service.
- Free to join and free to attend. No commitment — with FND we know plans can change.
If symptoms are new, sudden, severe, or unlike your usual FND pattern, seek urgent medical help (999 / NHS 111). Support groups do not replace clinical care.
