- Be part of something neededA modern, compassionate route for practitioners who want to give something practical.
What this offer is
FND Connect is an independent Community Interest Company. It is not part of the NHS, and an offer of time or a reduced fee is not NHS endorsement.
FND Connect provides grants for therapy where a person qualifies. When that application is approved, FND Connect pays you directly for the work it covers. That payment is for the approved application only.
We may also introduce someone who pays you privately. Any donated time or discounted rate you offer applies to that private arrangement.
You remain an independent practitioner. Sending this form does not make you an employee, approve a grant, or promise that someone will be introduced to you. We do not publish a directory from this page.
Clinical psychologists, counselling psychologists, arts therapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and speech and language therapists need a current HCPC number. Psychiatrists need a GMC number. Mental health nurses need an NMC PIN. Counsellors and psychotherapists can use BACP, UKCP, NCPS, COSCA, BABCP, BPC or another UK register.
Questions
Is this a job with FND Connect?
No. You remain an independent practitioner. FND Connect does not employ you or pay a salary. Where a person qualifies and a therapy grant is approved, FND Connect pays you for the work covered by that application. An introduction is not guaranteed.
Will someone be matched with me straight away?
No. Every offer is reviewed by a person after the registration check. Matching people with therapists is not open yet. Your answers are stored so that a later match can use profession, experience, remote or online support, how the therapy would be paid, availability, language and the kind of offer you made.
Who pays for the therapy?

Do I have to be an FND specialist?
You need experience with FND or with other neurological conditions, and a current registration that allows you to do this work. Tell us honestly where your experience sits.
Will my details be published?
