Start with your role and the people you support. Healthcare courses cover clinical understanding and coordinated care; education, workplace and social care courses focus on practical support within those roles. The free family carers course is for supporting a relative or friend at home.
Paid courses range from £49 to £99 per person, as shown above. This is a one-off payment, including a printable workbook, unlimited assessment retakes and a certificate after passing every module. The family carers course is free, with an optional donation.
Choose Adult Healthcare Teams for supporting adults, or Paediatric Healthcare Teams for children and adolescents. Both are aimed at healthcare professionals. Teachers and school staff supporting a pupil with FND should choose the schools course, which focuses on education and everyday support.
Yes. It is designed for care and support workers, personal assistants and care managers supporting adults with FND. It covers everyday support, independence, episode plans and documentation within the care-worker role; healthcare teams seeking clinical education should choose the adult healthcare course.
Yes. Paid courses award a named Certificate of Completion after you pass each module assessment with at least 80%. The free family carers course uses completion and self-checks, with no pass mark. Certificates are not regulated qualifications, and the courses are not externally CPD-accredited.
All courses are self-paced online learning through written lessons and practical examples, with no scheduled live sessions. Estimated study times appear beside each paid course; allow additional time for tests. You can pause and return using the private access link emailed to you.
Yes. Choose a paid course and select team booking on its course page. Your organisation can pay once for multiple learners, with separate course access, progress and completion certificates for each person.
