FND Connect Research

Community research

Optional short check-ins about life with FND. Your answers help us publish careful, human-approved reports — never medical advice, never individual identification.

1
Sign in

Use your FND Connect community account (same login as Together as One / admin).

2
Join research

Tick consent and press Join research. That unlocks the check-ins — signing in alone is not enough.

About 4 minutes. After you join, survey buttons appear on this page.

Join research

Optional research participation. You can withdraw anytime. We use pseudonyms for analysis and never put your name or email in research datasets.

FND CONNECT CIC invites you to take part in community research about life with Functional Neurological Disorder.

What we ask:
• Occasional short surveys about symptoms, context and daily life
• Optional linkage of your SeizeControl research-sharing data (if you use SeizeControl)

How we protect you:
• Analysis uses study pseudonyms, not your name or email
• Small numbers are suppressed so individuals cannot be identified
• Reports need human approval before any public release
• This is research information, not medical advice or diagnosis

You can pause or withdraw from research in your Research dashboard. Withdrawal stops future use of identifiable participation; already anonymised published aggregates may remain as explained in our policies.

By choosing Join research you confirm you are 16 or over (or have appropriate capacity/support), understand this is optional, and agree to the research consent above.
You need to sign in first. After login you’ll return here — then tick the box and press Join research.
