Commissioning areas
One row per area, with the current status and supporting evidence.
Methodology
How statuses are set
Each area is classified from publicly identifiable evidence of a dedicated FND pathway, specialist multidisciplinary team, or named clinic. Classifications are intentionally conservative.
- Green – named specialist MDT/clinic or published local pathway
- Amber – partial access, pathway under development, or shared regional services
- Red – no dedicated pathway identified from public sources (patients may still access general neurology/rehab)
Keeping this current
- We review public FOIs, service directories and national pathway sources on a regular basis
- Named specialist clinics and published local pathways are prioritised for Green ratings
- If you know of a dedicated service we have missed, please use the form to tell us
Report a pathway status
Know a dedicated clinic, MDT or FOI we should review? Share the details and evidence — our team will check them and update this tracker where appropriate.
