Does this make shopping more expensive?
No. Using easyfundraising does not add cost to your order. The retailer covers the donation — it is free for you.
How much do retailers donate?
It varies. Many shops give a percentage of what you spend; some give a fixed amount (for example on insurance). The rate is shown on easyfundraising before you shop.
What if I already use easyfundraising for another cause?
You can change your cause anytime. Use “Already a member? Select our cause” to point donations at FND Connect when you want to support us.
Do I lose loyalty points or vouchers?
For the main loyalty schemes, collecting points is usually unaffected. If you are unsure about a specific retailer, check with easyfundraising support.
Is this a donation from my bank account?
No. You only pay for the shopping you chose. The donation comes from the retailer (via easyfundraising’s commission model), not from an extra charge on your card.
