Sophie’s story
Having lived with FND for about 4 years, this challenge means a lot to me raising money for FND Connect. When I started getting symptoms in 2022-2023, it was the worst time of my life. My seizures were also really bad from 2024-2025 and I felt like I'd never get to do anything with my life again. But over the last year I have gotten so much better and am grateful that for now, I am able to do the things I want to again. I know this will be hard but I'm determined to do it!
