I’m Hannah an FND warrior. I never want anyone to feel alone with their diagnosis and feel a local in person group in my area could help people who struggle and face isolation. I used to be a chef in such a social job so I personally miss being around people and feel this could be a great tool.
Later dates
If symptoms are new, sudden, severe, or unlike your usual FND, use 999 or NHS 111. This group is peer support, not a clinic.
