How it works
Most teams should start with the existing catalogue and team booking. Bespoke sessions are a separate arrangement and are not the same as the online courses.
Requirements and boundaries
Existing Certificates of Completion continue to be described accurately. Courses are not described as externally CPD-accredited or as regulated clinical qualifications unless such accreditation is obtained. Paid training content should have documented subject-matter review, version control and scheduled reassessment.
