Pay in collected donations
Thank you for collecting for FND Connect. Link your cash or offline collection to your fundraising event, then pay securely through Stripe.
- Count and record what you received. Ask a second person to check where possible.
- Bank cash promptly using an appropriate account. If using your own account, check your bank permits it and keep the collection clearly recorded.
- Select your event and pay the full amount collected. Do not deduct costs unless agreed with FND Connect beforehand.
- Keep the payment receipt with your collection record.
Do not include donations already made online. Pledges are not payments: only pay in money you have actually received.
Need a bank-transfer alternative, have more than £10,000, or cannot find your page? Contact us. Do not post cash. For FND Challenge or Pass It On collections, contact us so we can attribute the money to that campaign.
FND CONNECT CIC cannot claim Gift Aid. Stripe processing fees apply to online payments; pay in the gross amount you collected.
