How long does delivery take?
Most made-to-order items ship in about 3–4 working days after you order. Preorder / restock items may take longer — we show that on the product page.
Who prints and posts my order?
Print-on-demand items are produced and shipped by our print partners. Own-stock items are packed and posted by FND Connect. Tracking is emailed when available.
Where does the money go?
Profits support FND CONNECT CIC’s charitable work: information, community spaces, and practical grants where we can help.
Can I personalise an item?
Some mugs and products offer personalisation at checkout. If an item is personalised after purchase, you’ll get an email with a secure link before printing starts.
